2008 October > Erin Terry Fox Run

The 10 km run started and ended at the Centre 2000 going along the Elora/Cataract Trail to Mississauga Rd. and back. Over the last years there has been in excess of $188,000.00 raised at the Erin Event. Some people opted to raise money by taking pledges towards shaving their heads, this included Mayor Eric Mathisen. The Optimist Club hosted a free BBQ for those that finished the run and also supplied water at check points along the route.
