2008 October > Erin's Everdale Organic Farm This was an authentic gourmet picnic that was held on Sunday September 7, 2008 from 1-5pm, at Everdale Organic Farm, Hillsburg Ontario. Feast of Fields features regional and local chefs restaurants, farmers, producers, vintners, breweries and other groups, coming together to create a gourmet experience.
Michael Stadtlander, renowned Canadian chef, and local, organic food guru spoke at the event at 3pm.
The 19th annual Feast of Fields is being hosted at Everdale Organic Farm & Environmental Learning Centre. Everdale is located just outside the village of Hillsburgh, in the town of Erin. www.everdale.org
This event is a fundraiser with proceeds going to benefit organic agriculture.
