2008 March > Nia Jam for Habitat for Humanity

Nia is a type of movement class that involves martial arts, dance arts and healing arts. Teachers from all over Halton recently participated in a Nia Jam in support of the Habitat for Humanity Halton. The Halton Nia community is sponsoring 2 build days (June 21 and July 19) on Habitat Halton's summer build in Georgetown. The purpose is to create affordable housing for 3 hardworking families. Great job by all involved. If you would like more information on Habitat for Humanity Halton visit www.habitathalton.ca.
